Please include a note with your check to include your name, address on where to mail the wristband and an email address so I can send you your convention information, etc.

Note: There are no facilities at the Signature Grand for children, and there will be no child care. You are, of course, welcome to bring your children, but please be advised in advance that this is not particularly a "child-friendly" locale. No "double-wide" strollers will be allowed in the Exhibition Hall.
