FROM I-95 or FLORIDA TURNPIKE: Go west on I-595. Exit at State Road 84/University Drive. Watch for signs for State Road 84 East. By following the signs you will turn left and go under I-595, then left again on SR84 (east) . Effectively, you've just done a U-turn under I-595. The Signature Grand will be on your right at the corner of SW 70th Ave and SR 84.

FROM THE WEST (SAWGRASS EXPRESSWAY, I-75 or anywhere west of University Dr.: Go east on I-595. Exit at University Drive. Merge into State Rd 84 East. The Signature Grand will be on your right at the corner of SW 70th Ave and SR 84.
